There is an option to manually add supported additional test results identified with other validated tests. MH Guide supports the processing of SNVs, indels, fusion genes, CNAs, microsatellite instability, TMB, wild-type genes, gene methylation, gene expression, protein expression, HRD, and TMB data that were manually added by the trained user.

Navigate to the Variants tab and select "Additional test results." Choose the type of biomarker you want to add, then follow the instructions in the menu to input the biomarker details.
