Users can configure detection quality thresholds and gene filters for their lab tests in all regulatory environments, including IVD. Those with the MH Guide Edit or Edit and Sign Off user roles can modify the initial lab test configuration anytime.

Click on the labtest link to review the current configuration of filters and rulesets for a specific labtest.

Alternatively, you can go to Settings, Filters, and Rulesets, and select the labtest of interest.
