The MH VCF Adapter Suite is available for converting your input files to MH VCF. It is a standalone software solution provided by MH for integrating third-party NGS variant detection software solutions into MH Guide.

For detailed information, please refer to MH VCF Adapter Suite Manual and MH VCF Adapter Suite Technical Specifications documents. The conversion takes place on the customer side and is not part of the IVD.

Note, that the latest version of the MH VCF Adapter Suite should be used.
