How to resolve conflicting evidence?

This training video explains how to resolve conflicting evidence when one CVI predicts a treatment to be effective, while another CVI predicts the same treatment to be ineffective or to have safety concerns.

In MH Guide, if a treatment is highlighted with a red toggle switch on the Effective, Ineffective, and Safety tabs, this indicates conflicting evidence.

We recommend reviewing any conflicting evidence and ideally resolving the conflict before including them in the report.
