The quality of variant detection is represented by the detection quality bar.

It assesses the variant against technical filters for variant allele frequency, observation quality, the total number of reads covering the variant, and the potential for false positive results.

It's advisable to check whether any clinically relevant variants have been excluded from the analysis.

To access excluded variants, click the Settings cogwheel. Under "Filter” and “Consider for report," select "Excluded by technical filters" and "Excluded by other filters."
