MH Connector is an external tool for the integration of third-party NGS variant software solutions with
MH Guide and MH Guide CAS. It is provided as Software as a Service (SaaS) and is for Research Use
Only (RUO), not for use in diagnostic procedures.

MH Connector is an optional component for simplification of interoperability with MH Guide and MH
Guide CAS. MH Connector offers several functionalities, including configuration, metadata upload, molecular data upload, connectivity with Archer Analysis, status updates, and error handling.

Please note that the MH Connector is only compatible with the Archer v7.5 version.
